Project Summary
Maxima is one of the largest supermarket chains in the Baltics. And they just launched an absolute bombshell campaign ''XPĀRDOŠANA'' which means ''XSALE'' - to astonish all the Latvian market with the craziest discounts on all sorts of the goods!
Our Approach
A lot of people are used to perceive Maxima as a very conservative company, rarely positioning themselves as a modern, youth oriented brand. So we took it a little bit off-piste with that campaign.
We decided to use frame-by-frame animation and dynamic visuals to give it some kind of a magic, trippy feel. The goal was to attract new customers and change the perspective of a brand.
